Chakra Flow

Join Bella and Nydia for a transformative workshop that will balance your energetic

body and open your eyes to artistic creation.

Nydia will begin the workshop by teaching the basics of the seven chakras and their

energetic properties followed by a refreshing and balancing yoga practice. This

soulful journey will bring you into a more harmonious state of mind, body and

spirit. 

Following our yoga practice, Bella will go over the basics of flow painting and covering color theory to

help you make your color selection based on the seven chakras.

Starting with an instructor demo, students will  be learning different techniques to make flow painting using different materials and be able to experiment with different size canvas using acrylic paints. All materials will be provided and additional canvases will be available for students who want to make more than one painting.  *Side note, students will need to come and pick their paintings up as it takes at least 24 hours to try.*

Cost for this one of a kind workshop is $85.
